1. Service overview

The Standard by Bebsfit is a fitness education and community service operated by Bebsfit. It may include the Blueprint, training and nutrition education, community discussion spaces, live calls when scheduled, form-check windows, and other fitness-related resources.

These Terms apply when you visit this website, join the community, access Bebsfit content, or use any related service made available through Whop, the community platform, or checkout.

2. Membership and access

Access may require an account with Whop or the community platform. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity that happens through your account.

Bebsfit may change, pause, or remove parts of the service as the community develops. Community access, channels, calls, and feedback windows may vary over time.

3. Paid options if offered

Some Bebsfit options may be free, and some may be paid if offered. Whop or checkout is the source of truth for current access details, inclusions, pricing, billing frequency, and any paid coaching terms shown before purchase.

Do not rely on old screenshots, messages, or third-party summaries for current pricing or access. Review the checkout screen before joining or buying.

4. Receipts and payment processors

Payments, receipts, billing details, and payment method handling are managed by Whop, checkout, or the relevant payment processor. Bebsfit does not need your full card details to provide the community service.

If a payment issue occurs, use the support details shown on Whop, checkout, or the community platform so the correct account and transaction can be reviewed.

5. Refunds

Any refund terms for a paid option should be reviewed at checkout or in the relevant Whop listing before purchase. If no specific refund position is shown, refund requests are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

Refund requests should be made through the support route shown on Whop or the community platform with enough account and purchase information to identify the order.

6. Cancellation

If a paid subscription or recurring access option is offered, cancellation is handled through Whop, checkout, or the platform where the subscription is managed. Cancellation stops future access or billing according to the terms shown by that platform.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you no longer want a paid option. Platform processing times may apply.

7. Refusal or removal of service

Bebsfit may refuse access, remove a member, restrict posting, or end participation if someone abuses the community, harasses other members, misuses content, attempts to evade platform rules, or creates risk for the service or other members.

Where appropriate, Bebsfit may remove content or accounts without advance notice to protect the community.

8. Intellectual property

Bebsfit content, including the Blueprint, education materials, written posts, videos, frameworks, designs, and community resources, is owned by Bebsfit or licensed for Bebsfit use.

You may use the content for your own personal fitness education. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, repost, train an external system on, or package Bebsfit content as your own without written permission.

9. Community code of conduct

Use the community like a serious training environment. Be respectful, stay on topic, do not spam, do not harass people, do not post hateful or illegal content, and do not share other members' private information outside the community.

Fitness discussion should be honest and practical. Do not present unsafe advice as fact, do not pressure other members into extreme behaviour, and do not use the community to sell unrelated products or services unless Bebsfit clearly allows it.

10. Health and fitness disclaimer

Bebsfit provides fitness education and community support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Training and nutrition decisions involve risk. Use your own judgment, train within your ability, stop if something feels unsafe, and seek professional advice before changing training, diet, supplements, or lifestyle if you have an injury, medical condition, eating disorder history, medication concern, or any other health issue.

Results vary. Bebsfit does not promise a specific body composition result, timeline, income outcome, health outcome, or transformation.

11. Changes to these Terms

Bebsfit may update these Terms as the service, platforms, or legal requirements change. The updated version applies from the date it is posted unless a different effective date is stated.

If a material change affects a paid option, Bebsfit or the relevant platform may provide additional notice where appropriate.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws where Bebsfit operates, unless a specific checkout, Whop listing, or written agreement says otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised through the support route shown on Whop or the community platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the appropriate courts or dispute process under the applicable law.
